2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3. No Financial Advice

Trading Radar provides charting tools, signals, alerts, and market information for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App or on tradingradarapp.com constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

5. Signals and Alerts

Signals and alerts are generated using technical conditions and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to data issues, connectivity, or system errors. We do not guarantee any signal outcome, profitability, or accuracy.

6. License & Restrictions

Trading Radar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not:
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law),
• resell, sublicense, or distribute the App without written permission,
• use the App for unlawful activity or to harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Trading Radar are owned by Trading Radar or its licensors. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may display data or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

9. Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Radar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trading Radar harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
